Analytics Team Lead – Fintech

A fast-growing fintech company is looking for an Analytics Team Lead to join at a pivotal stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts
• Own sprint planning, backlog management, and the analytical standards across the team
• Combine leadership with a hands-on approach, including occasional query writing
• Operate at the business strategy level, translating data into actionable insights
• This is a pure analytics leadership role – no ETL or pipeline management involved
• Drive data-informed decision-making and build a high-performing, sharp-thinking team
• Define North Star metrics and implement advanced A/B testing methodologies
• Explore and integrate AI tools into analytical workflows
• Identify and reduce operational inefficiencies
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing analytics teams, preferably in fintech or B2C environments
• Proven experience leading teams of 5+ analysts across multiple business domains
• Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake and Tableau or ThoughtSpot
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks
• A practical, results-driven mindset with the ability to set standards, build methodologies, and dive into details when needed
