We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development & Strategy Lead to join our Agents Channel and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, driving business growth, and supporting cross‑organizational initiatives with a strong emphasis on innovation, analytics, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do?
- Lead the professional HQ function for the agents network, driving strategic and cross‑organizational initiatives from planning through full execution in the field.
- Develop and implement the business development and commercial strategy for the Agents Channel, including sales plans, incentives, marketing initiatives, and innovative growth opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic directions, and commercial partnerships to strengthen distribution channels and improve business performance.
- Perform data‑driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks—translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare strategic materials, presentations, and analyses for senior leadership; support executive‑level decision‑making with clear, data‑based insights.
- Lead cross‑organizational projects with multiple internal interfaces such as Sales, Marketing, IT/BI, Underwriting, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Monitor implementation quality, ensure alignment across stakeholders, follow up on decisions, and track KPIs, targets, and success metrics.
- Serve as the bridge between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution, with a deep understanding of field sales realities and agent needs.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in HQ roles, business development, strategy, or cross‑organizational project management.
- Strong affinity for sales, marketing, commercial strategy, and business performance analysis.
- Proven experience managing KPIs, targets, measurement frameworks, and working in a matrix‑based, multi‑stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end‑to‑end strategic processes—from conceptualization to execution.
- Broad business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Experience collaborating with senior management, including preparing strategic materials, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations.
- High proficiency in Excel; advantage for BI / analytics tools experience.
- Orientation toward innovation, data‑driven thinking, and continuous improvement.
