COMBLACK is hiring an Organization & Methods Project Manager!
The role involves leading organizational efficiency initiatives by developing project management methodologies, identifying business needs, and aligning and driving cross-functional stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
- 3–4 years of experience in organizational process improvement – required
- Proven experience in project management within a strategic consulting firm or a strategic unit in a large organization – required
- Experience in writing requirements documents for technological systems
- Ability to lead stakeholders and drive organizational processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and work across multiple interfaces
