Comblack is hiring a Fullstack Team Leader !
This role combines team management, technical leadership, and hands-on development, with the opportunity to impact a digital product used by millions of users in Israel every day.
What will you do?
- Lead a team of Fullstack and Mobile developers, including professional mentoring, task prioritization, and driving high-quality delivery
- Lead end-to-end development of complex features in a Microservices-based system
- Design and develop distributed architecture in an event-driven environment with mobile system integrations
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for development and delivery
Requirements
- Experience as a Team Leader / Tech Lead in software development environments
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Backend development experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with Kafka and REST APIs
- Mobile development experience (React Native / Flutter / Native)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processes
