Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Jerusalem District, Israel, for a Certified Construction Foreman. The foreman will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating project plans, managing resources and equipment, and reporting progress to stakeholders. The foreman will also maintain communication with clients, engineers, and suppliers to address project needs and challenges.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
Background in civil engineering, including knowledge of construction processes and technical standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and technical drawings
Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Ability to handle onsite challenges with a focus on safety protocols and work quality
