About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Israel.

The position is permanent, full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design and development of advanced drug delivery systems, with a strong focus on injection-molded plastic components
• Drive projects from concept through prototyping to production
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, materials, manufacturing, regulatory)
• Contribute to innovative, out-of-the-box solutions in a highly regulated and impactful field
• Play a key role in shaping future technologies and products within the company

Direct Manager: EVP Technology

Job Requirements:

• Education: Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university
• Job skills:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical product design and drafting
• 1–3 years of experience designing injection-molded plastic parts
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and full command of Microsoft Office tools
• Language skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Personality:
• A creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges
• A self-driven professional who can work independently and thrive under pressure
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Someone who brings curiosity, initiative, and a passion for innovation.
