Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will play a key role in supporting production and supplier quality activities, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable processes that enable continued growth and product excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support production quality activities, including: Final QC, Device History Record (DHR) review and management, incoming inspection, handling of nonconforming materials
• Support supplier quality activities, including: Supplier qualification and monitoring, supplier corrective actions
• Manage and support: Calibration activities, employee qualification and training records
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and R&D teams on: Ongoing production support, process improvements, daily quality-related activities
• Support change control activities to ensure controlled implementation of changes
• Contribute to maintaining fluent, compliant, and controlled processes across production and supply chain

Experience / Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a medical device company or other regulated industry
• Familiarity with medical device quality standards and processes
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements
• Strong organizational skills
• Good cross-functional communication abilities
• High level of personal accountability
• Auditor certification – advantage
