We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer focused on improving system quality and performance while developing new features. In this era of rising AI use, we expect you to be fluent with AI tools and possess the ability to harness them to create a significant impact.

What you bring to the table:

• Python: Full proficiency - must
• Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience - must
• AI Tooling: Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality - must
• Engineering Standards: Proficiency in OOP principles, clean code design, and test-driven coding - must
• Architecture: Experience designing and implementing micro-service architectures and queue ecosystems - must
• Databases: Advanced proficiency, from simple querying to schema planning, preferably in NoSQL (MongoDB) - must
• Production: Experience working with a live production environment - must
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Cloud environments, Kubernetes, and Docker - advantage.
