About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the cloud platform behind our AI products. You’ll be responsible for building, operating, and improving a production-grade, multi-cloud environment with a strong focus on reliability, cost efficiency, and security.
This is an ownership role — you build it, you run it, and you improve it.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and scale production Kubernetes environments (EKS) across multiple stages
- Manage deployment workflows using GitOps practices (ArgoCD)
- Build and maintain observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Improve system reliability, monitoring, and incident response
- Optimize cloud usage and continuously reduce infrastructure costs
- Strengthen security, access control, and SSO across systems
- Take ownership of cloud environments (IAM, accounts, permissions, integrations)
- Support cross-cloud integrations and external services
- Automate repetitive processes and improve developer experience
- Document systems and onboard engineers effectively
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on DevOps / cloud infrastructure experience in production
- Strong experience with AWS (including EKS)
- Solid Kubernetes and GitOps experience (ArgoCD or similar)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience managing identity and access (SSO, IAM)
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system design
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
- Background in cost optimization (FinOps)
- Experience with real-time or streaming systems
