Role Overview
- This is a challenging operational role that involves producing intelligence from Arabic-language technological sources.
- Collection, processing, and analysis of large volumes of information using advanced technologies
- Office-based operational intelligence work requiring availability for non-standard working hours
- A dynamic environment that demands analytical thinking and sound judgment under pressure
- The initial commitment for this role is five years (including the training period). High-performing candidates may be offered long-term employment within the civil service.
Training Program
- The training program spans approximately 20 months and is open to candidates with no prior background, partial knowledge, or full proficiency in Arabic.
- Start date: November 2026.
- The first phase includes intensive Arabic language training (a residential program), followed by a second phase focused on professional intelligence training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong task management skills, initiative, and ability to lead and drive processes
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage workload effectively
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distinguish between key insights and secondary information
- Prior intelligence experience – advantage
- Additional native-level language – advantage
- Willingness to relocate as required
