The role offers a hybrid model between the Sharon area and Tel Aviv, providing the financial backing of a global leader with the agility and impact of a founding team.

Responsibilities-

Concept to Market: Leading an AI-Native solution through Product-Market Fit (PMF) and initial customer exposure, defining the next generation of the Software Supply Chain.
Strategic Autonomy: Operating within a fast-paced, lean team that works daily with the company’s founders to redefine the Developer Experience (DevEx).
Dual Ownership (Inbound & Outbound): Balancing deep technical specifications and R&D collaboration with high-level market strategy and direct customer engagement.
AI Agent Orchestration: Designing a workflow where AI is not just a tool, but an integral part of the CI/CD and deployment lifecycle.
Architecture & Influence: Shaping the product’s DNA from scratch, ensuring it meets the rigorous standards of global enterprise environments.

Requirements-

5 years of hands-on Product Management experience, with a proven track record of "doing" rather than just managing – Mandatory.
Background as a Software Developer (grown from R&D) – Mandatory.
Significant experience in DevOps, Developer Tools, CI/CD, or Software Deployment solutions – Mandatory.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and experience with both Inbound and Outbound product management – Mandatory.
Proven experience in small-to-medium startups, demonstrating the ability to drive results in high-velocity, ambiguous environments – Mandatory.
