About the Role

We are looking for a highly precise and hands-on Financial Operations Analyst to join our growing Finance Operations team.

This is a core operational role focused on daily financial flows, reconciliations, and liquidity management across multiple payment channels. You will work directly with real money movement, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and control across the company’s financial activity.

This is not a pure analyst role - it’s a doer position for someone who is comfortable working with raw data, investigating discrepancies, and owning financial operations end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily reconciliations across multiple payment channels (bank transfers, card transactions, external partners)

• Monitor and manage liquidity across accounts and currencies

• Analyze daily financial activity - volumes, margins, and transaction-level profitability

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve financial mismatches across systems

• Work with raw financial data from multiple sources and systems (Excel, internal tools, databases)

• Support month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and external partners to ensure accurate financial operations

• Track and monitor installment flows, balances, and financial exposures

• Identify inefficiencies and build automation processes using Excel and AI tools

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in financial operations / reconciliations / treasury / accounting

• Strong Excel skills – (including complex models, not just basic usage)

• Availability to work Monday–Friday (full-time position)

• High attention to detail and zero tolerance for errors

• Ability to work with large datasets and raw financial data

• Experience with reconciliation processes and financial controls

• Strong English (written and spoken)

• Hands-on, independent, and highly organized

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech / payments / banking environments

• Familiarity with FX and multi-currency operations

• Experience working with databases (MongoDB / SQL - advantage)

• Experience with chargebacks or card schemes (Mastercard / Visa)
