Visitor Center Director in Jerusalem

Efrat Organization is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven professional to lead our International Visitor Center at our global headquarters in Jerusalem.

This is a multi-faceted leadership role that combines high-level hospitality, strategic networking, and operational excellence. The Visitor Center serves as a primary platform for education, advocacy, and donor engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with proven management tools, a deep connection to our organization's mission, and the ability to seamlessly transition between high-level partnership development and hands-on operational execution.

Your Mission:

Strategic Recruitment: Systematically identify and recruit visiting groups, international delegations, and key influencers.

Partnership Development: Build long-term relationships with institutional heads and key stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of visitors.

Visitor Experience Management: Lead tours and presentations for VIP groups, often accompanied by the organization's executive leadership.

Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of multilingual guides and volunteers.

Operational Management: Take full responsibility for logistics, scheduling, and ensuring the center is always at peak readiness.

Requirements:

Languages: Full fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.

Experience: Significant management experience in foreign relations, partnership development, educational tourism, or operations.

Public Speaking: Proven experience in training and presenting to diverse audiences.

Core Competencies: High interpersonal intelligence and the ability to manage complex systems and tasks.

Location: Jerusalem .
