Back End Developer

A fast-growing cybersecurity startup based in Tel Aviv is looking for a Backend Developer to join a dynamic and innovative engineering team

This role involves building and scaling backend services that power cutting-edge security solutions, working in a high-performance, cloud-native environment.

You will take part in designing and developing robust, scalable systems, working closely with product, frontend, and security teams to deliver high-quality features. The role includes developing APIs, handling large-scale data, improving system performance, and contributing to architecture decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in backend development – required
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go – required
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices – required
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) – required
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) – required
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments – advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes – advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
