Software Architect

The organization combines deep-tech engineering with massive scale, solving complex challenges in data capacity and infrastructure efficiency.

Located in a prime Tel Aviv hub (adjacent to the train station), the company fosters a collaborative culture with a hybrid work model (1 day WFH).

Responsibilities-

• Technical Leadership: Defining the long-term architectural vision and providing high-level technical guidance for multiple R&D teams.
• Full-Stack Orchestration: Designing scalable, resilient systems with a strong emphasis on Frontend excellence and seamless integration with complex Backend services.
• Modern Stack Evolution: Leading the implementation of advanced technologies, including Python, Node.js, React, and GraphQL within a cloud-native environment.
• Scale & Performance: Ensuring system stability and performance at scale, utilizing Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines over AWS.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Working closely with product leaders and engineering managers to translate business goals into robust technical architectures.

Requirements-

• Engineering Seniority: At least 8 years of experience in Full-Stack development, with a proven specialization in Frontend (React) – Mandatory. (Note: The role requires a strong FE orientation or a balanced 50/50 approach).
• Architectural Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Architect in a high-scale product company – Mandatory.
• Backend Mastery: Strong hands-on proficiency in Python or Node.js – Mandatory.
• Frontend Excellence: Expert-level knowledge of React – Mandatory.
• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading institution – Significant Advantage.
