Role Description

Full-time position | Located in Petah Tikva

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in project estimates, including cost analysis and pricing.

Performing ongoing budget controls, preparing control reports, and monitoring complex budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Conducting economic analyses, identifying gaps and deviations, and presenting insights to the management team.

Collaborating regularly with various departments across the company.

Participating in cross-organizational control processes and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

2 years of experience as an Economist or Analyst – Mandatory.

High proficiency in Excel – Mandatory.

Experience working with SAP / Priority – Significant advantage.

Strong ability to analyze reports and derive actionable insights.

Familiarity with the construction/real estate sector – Significant advantage.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, quick learner, and ability to work independently.
