Responsibilities-

• Applied Research Leadership: Owning full ML verticals—from continuous analysis and contribution to top-tier Research Papers to designing and training Foundation Models at scale.
• Large-Scale Architecture: Designing and optimizing complex Deep Learning architectures, including Transformers, Multimodal systems, and Representation Learning.
• Embodied AI: Deploying advanced models onto physical robotic platforms, bridging the gap between simulation and complex, unpredictable real-world environments.
• Global Academic Engagement: Engaging with the international research community, representing the organization at premier conferences, and maintaining a high standard of scholarly excellence.
• E2E ML Pipeline Ownership: Designing sophisticated pipelines for training, optimization, and real-time inference in high-stakes robotic systems.

Requirements-

• Academic Excellence: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or AI from a top-tier university – Mandatory.
• Research Pedigree: A solid track record of published research in leading journals or conferences – Mandatory.
• Deep Learning Mastery: Extensive experience in Training at Scale, Transformers, Foundation Models, or Multimodal Learning – Mandatory.
• Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and a deep understanding of Optimization, Loss functions, and Vision Transformers – Mandatory.
• Research Mindset: The ability to navigate the frontier of AI, translating academic insights into production-ready robotic intelligence.
