What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, code, and optimize airborne software running on FreeRTOS and Linux
• Work on mission-critical systems inside advanced UAS platforms
• Collaborate daily with system engineers, hardware, algorithms, and integration teams
• Take part in field trials, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Turn complex requirements into stable, real-time, airborne solutions

Some days you’ll be deep in C++ and architecture decisions.

Other days you’ll be out in the field, fixing things in real time.

• Have 5+ years of strong C++ and OOP experience
• Are comfortable working in RTOS and Linux environments
• Understand communication protocols and HW-SW integration
• Can troubleshoot complex, multidisciplinary system issues
• Like working fast, learning constantly, and owning your code end-to-end
• Enjoy collaboration and don’t hide behind tickets and specs
• Are genuinely passionate about aviation and aerospace

Bonus Points If You Bring

• Experience with embedded / real-time systems
• Background in video or image processing
• Python knowledge
• Experience with military and/or airborne C2 systems
