About the Role

We’re looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to join our growing team and take a key role in shaping LAYA’s next phase.

In this role, you won’t just define "what" to build; you will lead complex, large-scale initiatives critical to our growth - driving execution end-to-end while working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and deliver impact.

You will take ownership of moving major projects forward, from early definition to delivery, combining sharp product thinking with strong execution and project management skills to ensure real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product initiatives - from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement
• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, priorities, and ongoing initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear product artifacts: PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and prioritized backlogs
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Drive execution ensure progress - removing blockers, aligning teams, and initiatives on track

• Work closely with R&D, Design, Operations, and additional internal teams to deliver high-quality products
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize the user experience
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Leverage AI tools in day-to-day work to accelerate research, execution, and decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech company
• Strong project management capabilities - ability to lead complex processes, manage dependencies, and drive execution across teams
• Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Design, Business, etc.)
• Hands-on experience writing product specs (PRDs), user flows, and detailed requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and delivery
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Solid background in financial domains - payments, trading, or crypto
• Daily, hands-on experience with advanced AI development tools (e.g. -  Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Experience working in Agile environments
