Java Software Engineer

Responsibilities-

• High-Performance Backend: Designing and implementing robust, end-to-end services primarily in Go, focused on high-concurrency and low-latency network security.
• Architectural Ownership: Leading the full development lifecycle from high-level design and architectural planning to rigorous testing and production deployment.
• Cloud-Native Ecosystem: Developing within a modern AWS environment, leveraging Microservices and Kubernetes to handle massive enterprise-grade traffic.
• Impact & Growth: Contributing to a product already trusted by dozens of Tier-1 Enterprise customers, with significant opportunities to influence the core technology during its current expansion.

Requirements-

• Technical Seniority: At least 6 years of professional experience in Backend Development – Mandatory.
• Polyglot Background: Strong proficiency in Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, C++, or C. (Candidates with a primary Python background require 7+ years of experience) – Mandatory.
• Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in Networking protocols OR Kubernetes internals – Mandatory.
• Cloud Native: Proven experience working with Public Cloud providers (preferably AWS) – Mandatory.
• Enterprise Experience: A track record of working in high-scale organizations on products serving a global client base.
• Distributed Systems: Experience with Microservices architecture – Significant Advantage.
