From our Corporate Art Exhibitions to the national "From Memory to Art" project, we turn creative talent into professional livelihoods and societal change.The Role: Your MandateWe are looking for an unconventional Deputy Director to who will take initiative and work side-by-side with our Founder. This is not a "follow the manual" position. You will be an important engine moving the organization forward—acting as a spokesperson, a creative strategist, and an operational leader.You aren’t just managing what exists; you are building what comes next. You will have the authority to initiate projects and the autonomy to find creative paths to our goals.Who You Are

• Proven background in Business, Management, Social Entrepreneurship, and/or Fundraising
• A track record of taking independent action and initiating successful outreach.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
