The Role & Responsibilities-

End-to-End Ownership: Leading the entire model lifecycle from conceptual research and feature engineering to production-grade deployment and monitoring.
Core Algorithmic Development: Designing and implementing advanced solutions in Predictive Modeling, Recommendation Systems, and Personalization within a high-scale environment.
Global Product Impact: Developing models that directly influence the business logic and performance of global advertising campaigns.
Technical Versatility: Working with a diverse stack including Embeddings, Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Dimensionality Reduction to solve complex data challenges.
Direct Influence: Collaborating closely with US-based leadership and the growing Israeli team to shape the company’s data roadmap.

Requirements-

B.Sc. in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar) – Mandatory.
4 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a product-oriented environment – Mandatory.
Deep, hands-on experience in designing and deploying both Machine Learning and Deep Learning models – Mandatory.
Expert-level proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) or R – Mandatory.
Strong foundation in Statistical Modeling, Regression, Classification, and Clustering.
Proven track record of taking models from research to high-scale Production environments.
Ability to thrive in a Fully Remote environment, with excellent self-management and English communication skills.
