Responsibilities-

• Core Backend Development: Designing and implementing mission-critical services using Go and modern frameworks within a high-throughput production environment.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: Working extensively with GCP, Kubernetes, and Helm to build resilient, scalable, and distributed systems.
• Data Engineering & Optimization: Designing efficient schemas and writing optimized queries for PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch, ensuring peak performance at scale.
• End-to-End Ownership: Leading features from conceptual design to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated security solutions.
• System Integrity: Tackling complex architectural challenges while ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the platform.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent high-level industry experience – Mandatory.
• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer with deep hands-on production experience in complex Backend systems – Mandatory.
• Strong mastery of at least one backend language, with a focus on Go or C# – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes & Helm – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with Elasticsearch and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) – Mandatory.
• Experience or familiarity with Node.js (TypeScript) and Frontend technologies – Significant Advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive technical excellence both independently and collaboratively.
