Geffen Global is a real estate development company operating in Greece, focused on marketing and selling properties to clients in Israel, and accompanying them throughout the entire process from start to finish.

We are a young company growing quickly, operating in a dynamic, intensive, and fast-developing environment.

We are looking for an Operations & Client Relations Manager for a central role, with responsibility for process tracking, workflow, organization, control, and ongoing communication with clients, alongside day-to-day work with the company’s management systems.

This is a key role for someone who knows how to keep processes moving at a very high level, stay on top of details, and make sure things happen properly, efficiently, and on time.

What the role includes

• Ongoing work with project management systems and CRM
• Tracking, monitoring, and controlling tasks, statuses, and work processes
• Ongoing communication with company clients and accompanying them throughout the process
• Managing and tracking workflow and internal processes
• Coordinating and following up between clients, the company team, and professional parties
• Assisting in improving, implementing, and maintaining operational work processes

Requirements

• Experience working with project management systems and tools
• High level of order, organization, and management ability
• Strong communication skills with clients
• Personal responsibility, initiative, and willingness to work in an intensive and precise environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of English

מה התפקיד כולל

• עבודה שוטפת מול מערכות ניהול פרויקטים ו-CRM

• מעקב, שליטה ובקרה על משימות, סטטוסים ותהליכי עבודה

• תקשורת שוטפת מול לקוחות החברה וליווי שלהם לאורך התהליך

• ניהול ומעקב אחר זרימת עבודה ותהליכים פנימיים

• תיאום ומעקב בין לקוחות, צוות החברה וגורמים מקצועיים

• סיוע בשיפור, הטמעה ויישום של תהליכי עבודה תפעוליים

דרישות

• ניסיון בעבודה מול מערכות ניהול פרויקטים ולקוחות

• סדר, ארגון ויכולת ניהול ברמה גבוהה

• יכולת תקשורת גבוהה מול לקוחות

• אחריות אישית, יוזמה ונכונות לעבודה אינטנסיבית ומדויקת

• יכולת לעבוד עצמאית ולנהל מספר משימות במקביל

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
