The company develops a cutting-edge encryption platform that enables the secure processing of highly sensitive data, ensuring it remains encrypted throughout its entire lifecycle at rest, in transit, and in use.

Responsibilities-

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Leading the product lifecycle for a highly technical B2B security platform, from initial research to detailed technical specs.
  • Strategic Roadmap Influence: Collaborating with leadership to define and execute the product vision in its foundational stages.
  • Technical Product Leadership: Translating complex cloud and encryption technologies into intuitive, high-value enterprise features.
  • Customer-Facing Impact: Conducting market research and leading technical presentations/demos for global Tier-1 customers.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Working closely with R&D and DevOps teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with technological feasibility and market demands.

Requirements-

  • Product Seniority: At least 6 years of experience in B2B Product Management – Mandatory.
  • Strong Technical Foundation: A background in Software Development, DevOps, or SRE (not BI/QA) – Mandatory.
  • Cloud Native: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (GCP, Azure, or AWS) – Mandatory.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in managing complex technical products, preferably within the Startup ecosystem.
  • Leadership Traits: High level of independence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence a product from its early stages.
