Company Description
DiploAct is an Israeli organization focused on producing digital content for international audiences. The team creates short-form video at scale across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv.
The Video Editor will focus on short-form content in Arabic. The role is fast-paced and production-heavy, centered around turning raw footage into clear, engaging clips.
Daily work includes cutting interviews and discussions into short videos, building strong hooks, adding Arabic subtitles, and maintaining consistent output.
Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic (required)
- Experience editing short-form video
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
- Strong sense of pacing, timing, and structure
- Ability to work quickly and meet daily deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with After Effects (basic motion/captions)
- Familiarity with social media formats and trends
