ReachPlayers is Hiring: Sales Manager , Israel – Our Commercial Architect
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to join us as the Sales Manager for Israel. This is a crucial role designed for an executive who can own, grow, and professionalize the company’s sales activity in the Israeli market.
You will effectively be the General Manager of the Israel P&L, reporting directly to the CEO.
Your Mission: Transition the Israeli market from "sporadic wins" to a "predictable revenue engine"
This mission is achieved by owning the entire ecosystem, the deal execution, and the long-term client partnership.
Core Pillars of Responsibility:
- Ecosystem & Network Authority: Build ReachPlayers' reputation as the first name called for Gen Z & Alpha/Gaming/Innovation budgets. This includes achieving 100% mapping of the "Top 50" Israeli brands and major agency groups (Publicis, McCann, etc.). You will create the market education needed to shift the conversation from "test budgets" to gaming being part of the "yearly media plan".
- Full-Cycle Revenue Execution: Drive tactical closing—turning interest into hard currency through disciplined, high-velocity sales. You must maintain a $3M+ rolling pipeline and ensure 100% of leads are followed up within 24 hours.
- Product-Market Translation: Act as the value engineer, bridging the gap between our global tech and the specific nuances of the Israeli advertiser. Every client brief must receive a gaming-native, strategic response that "teaches" the client something new.
- Account Retention & Yield Expansion (LTV Growth): Ensure the first deal is always the smallest deal. You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all "Tier 1" clients and deliver post-campaign reports with clear upsell recommendations.

- The Black Book: Do you have the direct WhatsApp numbers of the top 5 Agency Leads in Israel?
- The "Gaming Native" Ear: Can you explain why a brand should prioritize "In-Game branded content" over "Social" without sounding like a dinosaur?
- Startup Grit: We are a lean, bootstrapped Valley startup. Can you build your own pitch decks, hunt your own leads, and own the sales process end-to-end without a dedicated "Marketing Dept"?
Growth Expectations
The expected cumulative revenue target for Year 1 is ILS 3,500,000.
