Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a System Analysis Team Lead. The role involves leading a team of system analysts and working closely with development, product, QA, and architecture teams, with end-to-end responsibility for system analysis and solution design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system analysts
• Drive end-to-end analysis processes – from business needs to detailed specification documents
• Write functional and technical specifications for system modules
• Work closely with development, QA, architecture, and product teams
• Prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Support system implementation and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Incorporate AI tools into analysis workflows and day-to-day work 

Requirements

• Qualifications 5+ years of experience in system analysis
• Proven experience leading a team or providing professional leadership/mentorship
• Strong experience writing functional and technical specification documents
• High analytical skills and strong system-level thinking
• Experience working with development and product teams in cross-functional environments
• Strong task management and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with complex/enterprise systems – must
• Familiarity with healthcare systems or health IT – advantage
• Experience working with AI tools – advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
