תחומי אחריות

• הכנת דוחות כספיים רבעוניים ושנתיים.
• הכנת דוח מס שנתי.
• השתתפות בתהליך הסגירה החודשית.
• תמיכה בצוות בסוגיות חשבונאיות שוטפות.
• השתתפות בתהליך התקציב השנתי של החברה וביצוע ניתוח חודשי של תקציב מול בפועל.
• תמיכה בתהליכי ייצור וניהול מלאי והטמעת תהליכי אוטומציה במערכות הכספים של החברה.
• אחריות על תהליך איחוד הדוחות הכספיים של חברות הקבוצה, כולל חברות בנות בחו׳ל.
• עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי כספים בחברות בנות בחו׳ל, כולל תיאום דיווחים, סנכרון תהליכים ותמיכה מקצועית.
• מעקב ובקרה על צוות הנהלת החשבונות.
• פיתוח ויישום תהליכים ובקרות פנימיות בארגון.
• סיוע בהכנת דוחות הנהלה.
• ניהול כלל הפעילויות החשבונאיות בחברה כחשב.

דרישות

• ניסיון ממשרד  Big 4.
• ניסיון בעבודה בחברה יצרנית הכוללת ניהול מלאים – יתרון.
• ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מערכת PRIORITY
• ידע בהכנת דוחות כספיים ושימוש מתקדם בExcel  וכלי AI.
• ניסיון בתהליכי איחוד דוחות כספיים של חברות בקבוצה.
• ניסיון בתכנון תקציב וניתוח תקציב מול בפועל.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול צוותי כספים בחברות בנות בחו׳ל – יתרון.
• דיוק, סדר ויכולת ארגון גבוהה.

Controller

Aran Group is looking for an experienced Controller to join our finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a global leading manufacturing company, lead financial consolidation and budget planning processes, work on diverse and challenging accounting issues, and collaborate closely with finance teams of our international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

·      Prepare quarterly and yearly financial statements.

·      Prepare annual tax report.

·       Ensure accuracy over financial transactions.

·      Participation in month-end closing process

·      Support the team with ongoing accounting matters

·      Take part in the company's annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.

·      Lead the financial consolidation process across group companies, including international subsidiaries.

·      Support manufacturing and inventory management processes and lead automation initiatives in the company’s financial systems.

·      Work closely with finance teams of international subsidiaries, coordinating reporting and aligning processes.

·      Monitor bookkeepers and review the accuracy of financial data.

·      Establishing formulation and best practices of internal controls and policies.

·      Prepare management reports.

·      Establish and maintain financial key policies and procedures

·      Lead all accounting-related activities for the company.

 Requirements:

·       CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm.

·      Experience in a manufacturing company.

·      Proven experience working with PRIORITY ERP system.

·      Experience in financial consolidation processes across group companies.

·      Experience in budget planning and actual vs. budget analysis.

·      Experience in a manufacturing company with inventory management – an advantage.

·      Experience working with finance teams of international subsidiaries – an advantage.

·       Proficient with Excel

·      Strong knowledge of IFRS .

·      Detail-oriented and highly organized.

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills

·      Team player and service-oriented.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

·       Prior experience in a public company - an advantage.

·      High level of English.

·      Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and international tax planning- an advantage

·      Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with a particular focus on the ability to set priorities that correspond with business needs.
