A leading defense company is seeking a Computer Vision System Engineer
Role Summary
End-to-end engineering leadership of the seeker head in an air defense project. This is a senior and impactful role that combines deep engineering expertise, broad system-level thinking, and professional leadership of expert teams at the forefront of global technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the system-level and physical mission of the seeker head
- Lead multidisciplinary system engineering integration and drive complex system solutions
- Provide professional leadership to algorithm engineers, physicists, and software and hardware engineers
- Take responsibility for integration processes, testing, and system maturation to operational readiness
Role Characteristics
- Full engineering ownership of a critical component within a strategic system
- Address advanced defense challenges
- Significant influence on key technological and system-level decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience (approximately 10 years) in multidisciplinary system engineering with strong system-level perspective
- Technological excellence and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges
- Proven leadership, decision-making skills, and ability to drive expert teams
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work in a highly challenging and mission-driven environment
