Influencer Partnership Coordinator

As we continue to dominate social feeds, we are looking for creative, data-driven individuals to join our movement.

We are looking for a part-time Influencer Partnership Coordinator (part-time) to help build brand awareness and drive growth through our influencer partnerships.

This role involves identifying, connecting with, and scaling relationships with influencers who are authentic to the brand across all social channels. You will manage the full process, from communicating with influencers and placing orders to tracking social posts and analyzing results from collaborations. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of social media and Gen Z culture, is highly organized, results-driven, analytical, and eager to have a direct impact on our growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow creator marketing partnerships through targeted selection, outreach, relationship building, and long-term value alignment.
• Oversee the entire influencer campaign management process, from contract negotiation to creative briefs.
• Measure partnership performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.

Requirements

• Availability: 3 days per week.
• 1–2 years of digital influencer experience (an advantage).
• Native level English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to execute projects on time.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, creative team.
