Senior Technology Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Senior Technology Project Manager !

The role includes end-to-end management of complex digital platforms, from requirements gathering and budget planning through production launch and ongoing maintenance. The position involves matrix leadership of development, infrastructure, and BI teams in an Agile environment, vendor and consultant management, as well as leading procurement and RFP processes with senior stakeholders across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience managing at least 3 full-cycle technology projects (each with a minimum effort of 5 person-years)
• Experience building a digital platform from scratch (B2C website and mobile application)
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration with product and development teams
• Hands-on experience leading RFP processes, writing technical specifications, and managing multimillion-shekel budgets
• Broad technical understanding (systems, cloud, cybersecurity, integrations) and experience in complex matrix environments
• Significant advantage for experience in aviation, travel, retail, or marketplace platforms
