Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haifa for a Senior Sales & Commercial Projects Manager. The role involves leading sales strategies and business growth, negotiating and managing commercial contracts, handling budgets, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily tasks include coordinating logistics solutions, overseeing financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-standard services to clients.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, performance evaluation, and problem solving

Effective Communication skills for negotiation, client management, and internal team collaboration

Experience in Budgeting and Finance to oversee financial performance and deliver cost-efficient solutions

Proficiency in Contract Management, ensuring compliance and favorable terms in commercial agreements

Proven leadership ability and project management experience in logistics or a related field

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is highly advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
