  • System Characterization: Responsible for drafting comprehensive business, functional, and technical specifications (including ERD).
  • End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead the process from requirement gathering and research to solution design and translating requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple cross-functional interfaces, including end-users, Product/Project Managers, R&D, QA, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure, to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Support & Implementation: Provide ongoing support for system users and lead implementation processes across various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant academic degree or professional certification – Mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and characterization of complex core and digital systems within the financial sector (Banking, Investment Houses, or Insurance).
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the financial world (Options, Stocks, etc.) – Mandatory.
  • Technical Documentation: Proven experience in performing analysis, characterization, and drafting formal documents. Expertise in creating business flowcharts and interface mapping – Mandatory.
  • Databases: Solid understanding and familiarity with databases – Mandatory.
  • Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments – Advantage.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Visio – Significant Advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
