Mertens Malam Team is hiring an IT Technicians Team Lead for a large security organization
Job Description:
This role involves managing a team of IT technicians, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring efficient handling of technical issues across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a team of IT technicians and assigning tasks
Monitoring and tracking incident handling and resolution
Planning team workload, setting goals and targets
Providing professional guidance and serving as a technical authority
Ensuring structured work according to organizational procedures
Working morning shifts
Requirements:
Practical Engineer / Technician degree in Computers or Electronics – required
At least 3 years of managerial experience – required
At least 3 years of experience in IT roles – required
Proven ability to manage teams, plan work, set goals, and handle challenges in a structured environment
Experience with Windows operating systems
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure
Experience with service management systems, preferably ServiceNow (SNOW)
