We are looking for an R&D Manager to lead a winning technology team at a leading company in Tirat HaCarmel,

What does the role entail?

● Leadership and Management: Hands-on management of a development and QA team of approximately 10 people.

● End-to-end Delivery: Managing multiple projects simultaneously throughout the entire Life Cycle, while ensuring the quality and availability of the company's core systems.

● Strategic Partnership: Working closely with the Product and CS departments, understanding business needs and translating them into high-quality technological solutions.

● Operational Excellence: Responsible for system availability (Uptime), information security and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

What are we looking for?

● Technological experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing information systems in a C# and .Net environment.

● Management experience: At least 4 years of experience in managing development teams.

● Data & Backend: Deep mastery of MS-SQL (planning, optimization and complex queries).

● Business understanding: Ability to analyze processes, understand the organizational environment and have a broad vision beyond the line of code.

● Leadership: Ability to motivate employees, strive for goals and manage priorities in stressful situations.

● Languages: High-level English (written and spoken).

Advantage:

● Experience working in an AWS / Cloud Native environment.

● Familiarity and experience with Node.js.

● Background and experience in the worlds of Cyber Security / Information Security.
