רקע: דאטה סנטרס בן 5 חוות שרתים. בחוות השרתים מותקנות מערכות BMS הכוללות בקרים, מערכות HMI ומכשור.

ככלל, הבקרים ומערכות ה HMI מבוססים על ציוד של שניידר אלקטריק -

כחלק מתהליך שיפור מתמיד, יש צורך בתמיכה של system integration ובקרה.

1. Reverse Engineer – השוואת תפ"מ למסכים ולתוכנה בבקר.

2. תמיכה באיתור תקלות ותופעות לא רצויות במערכות הבקרה.

3. שיפורים (הגדרת התראות, עדכון מסכים, הכנסת תגים להיסטוריה, שינויי תפ"מ וכו')

4. ליווי הנדסי לטובת ביצוע אופטימיזציה למערכות.

5. תמיכה מקצועית וטכנית בפרויקטי שדרוג מערכות בקרה.

6. עזרה בעדכון מסמכים ושרטוטים (AS Made)

7. חניכה מקצועית של חברי הצוות.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Building Management Systems Engineer based in Or Yehuda. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining building management systems, overseeing day-to-day building services, ensuring facility management (FM) standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires the individual to handle troubleshooting, system optimization, and collaborate with the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Building Management, Building Management Systems, and related technologies
• Proficiency in Management Systems and an understanding of their implementation
• Background in Building Services and extensive experience in Facility Management (FM)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize building systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in building management systems or facility management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
