 Spacecom is looking for a talented Capital Markets & Commercial Lawyer to join our Legal team!

What’s the role?

You’ll be part of the legal team of a publicly traded satellite communications company based in Ramat Gan. This role involves providing ongoing legal support across capital markets and commercial activities, working closely with management and internal stakeholders

Key responsibilities include:

• Corporate secretarial work and governance matters

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (in English)

• Providing ongoing legal counsel across the company

Who are we?

Spacecom is a boutique satellite operator offering its AMOS fleet to both B2B and B2G customers across EMEA and Asia.

What we’re looking for:

· 1–5 years of experience as a lawyer, with a focus on capital markets and commercial law

· LL.B. degree and membership in the Israel Bar Association

· Experience in corporate secretarial work and corporate governance – advantage

· Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in English

· Ability to provide ongoing legal advice to business units

· Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with sound legal judgment

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

· A team player with excellent interpersonal skills

· Fluent English
