About the Role

Yaballe is seeking an experienced Product Lead to drive our product strategy for a fast-growing SaaS platform serving e-commerce businesses.

This role combines hands-on product management, growth-oriented thinking, and team leadership. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Business stakeholders to define, build, and scale products that drive measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Drive growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Work closely with Marketing and Data to identify growth opportunities and track success.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end product development: discovery, PRDs, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
• Use data and user insights to continuously optimize product performance.
• Lead and mentor product managers.

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, leading a product domain or product squad.
• Strong growth mindset with hands-on experience driving growth experiments and KPIs.
• Excellent ability to define problems, structure solutions, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience writing clear PRDs and working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in B2C SaaS, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace ecosystem.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience managing or mentoring product managers.
• Background working in startups or high-growth environments.
