Do you have experience in marketing and are looking to work in a professional and challenging environment?

The Marketing Department of a leading law firm is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator with strong business orientation and high execution capabilities.

About the Role:

Leading conferences and events from the ideation stage: developing content and selecting speakers, managing invitations, and overseeing on-site production
Collecting data following events, analyzing results, and drawing insights
Managing marketing projects (such as alumni clubs and additional initiatives)
Managing and maintaining the firm’s social media platforms
Working with business partners: sponsorships, events, and joint marketing activities
Responsible for newsletters and uploading content to the firm’s website
Ongoing collaboration with the marketing department and firm partners: preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and content editing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing or related disciplines) – mandatory
2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role in a medium to large organization – mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and business partners
Experience in project management and task prioritization
Experience in marketing, digital, and social media environments
Ability to collect and analyze data and derive business insights
Very high level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
