A company in the data center field, operating advanced server farms and providing critical infrastructure to business clients, is looking for an experienced Control Room Manager.
Job Description:
- Managing a control center operating 24/7
- Leading a team of controllers (management, mentoring, and training)
- Monitoring, identifying, and handling malfunctions in computing, communication, and control systems
- Investigating incidents, improving processes, and meeting SLA targets
- Working with internal and external interfaces
- Writing and implementing procedures and managing a command center
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a service or support center/team – חובה.
- Experience in writing procedures and onboarding files
- Experience working with monitoring and control systems (BMS – advantage)
- General technical knowledge and understanding of IT environments
- Ability to lead teams in an operational and service-oriented environment
