IT Operations & Support Specialist

As a fast a growing technology startup, we are looking for a capable and self-sufficient IT professional to own and operate our internal IT environment end-to-end. You will serve as the go-to person for all IT-related matters- ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing our Microsoft 365 environment, supporting the clinical team, and collaborating closely with the development team while reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Manage the Windows workstation lifecycle — deployment, configuration, onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint maintenance.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), including identity, access, and security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention).
• Maintain IT asset inventory and device management, ensuring equipment is tracked, updated, and compliant.
• Support internal operational tools used by clinical and operational teams in day-to-day work.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical needs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT support/helpdesk/IT operations experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Windows OS, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, compliance).
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users.
• Automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python)- advantage.
• AWS or GitHub experience- advantage.

Scope of work:

Full-time position.
