We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst for a leading enterprise!

Role Description:

• Define and analyze Salesforce systems
• Lead end-to-end projects – from concept to go-live
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

What are we looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management and/or systems analysis on Salesforce CRM - Must
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications and analyzing business processes
• Experience leading projects from A to Z, including direct client interaction
• Strong ability to drive processes, make decisions, and lead others
• Relevant academic background – Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Computer Science
• Experience working with cloud-based systems – an advantage
• Experience collaborating in teams that include DevOps and Infrastructure
