Job Description:

Hamatzpen – Partners for the Journey (a subsidiary of Effective Partners and Harel Investment Group) is looking for a CPA / Economist for an intensive and dynamic role focused on leading business processes.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a team member for a meaningful, demanding, and high-responsibility position, involving direct work with executives, entrepreneurs, and senior stakeholders across the Israeli market.

This role is suited for individuals with strong resilience, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to lead processes in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading financial and business analyses to support decision-making, financing, and growth
• In-depth work with financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, and financial control
• Evaluating the economic feasibility of projects and companies
• Working directly with executives, entrepreneurs, and financial institutions
• High level of involvement in business processes, with real impact on company performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – required
• Significant and consistent professional experience in a core role (CPA / Analyst / Economist / Finance / Valuations) – strong advantage
• Experience in financial statement analysis and strong business acumen – required
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead processes and work with senior stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
