Information System Project Manager

A large organization located in the Science Park in Rehovot is seeking a Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join the Information Systems team and lead cross-organizational digital processes with significant impact.

Position Overview

The role includes leading end-to-end technology projects, systems analysis and design, and supporting complex application processes within a multi-interface organizational environment.

The selected candidate will join the Information Systems team, work closely with both business and technology stakeholders, and serve as a key contributor in translating business needs into practical technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business processes and information systems
• Translate user needs and business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Write specification documents, flowcharts, and technical documentation
• Work closely with and provide professional guidance to development teams (internal and external)
• Manage interfaces with vendors, IT teams, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties
• Support development stages, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee system implementation
• Perform troubleshooting and analyze application and process-related issues
• Work with integrations, APIs, digital forms, and core organizational systems
• Maintain, upgrade, and improve existing processes and systems
• Lead new digital projects from concept to deployment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and/or technology project management
• Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications
• Strong technical knowledge, including:
• Working with databases and performing queries
• Understanding system integrations and interfaces
• Experience working with development teams and leading development processes
• Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
• Experience working with task management tools such as JIRA, Monday, or similar
• Ability to work independently, with strong system thinking and business understanding
• Relevant education in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or a related field
