Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning & Customer Operations professional to manage end-to-end supply chain activities in a dynamic, global environment.
The role includes full ownership of customer operations from order receipt through final delivery, while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction
The position involves strengthening and maintaining customer relationships and continuously improving service quality and customer experience.
Daily management of operational activities within SAP, including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
Planning and coordination of production with overseas manufacturers and suppliers, including purchase order management and alignment with demand.
Monitoring and controlling international import shipments in collaboration with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
Responsibility for SAP master data maintenance, including SKUs, suppliers, and related operational
data.
Preparation of supply chain reports, analyses, presentations, and Excel-based dashboards for local and global stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Four to six years of experience in a similar supply planning, supply chain, or customer operations role.
Proven experience working with ERP systems, with strong preference for SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, including speaking, writing, and presenting.
Experience working in a global or multinational environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
Strong ability to lead processes and work cross-functionally without direct managerial authority.
