About the Role A fast-growing global company in the Forex / performance marketing space is looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Campaign Manager to join its Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven, high-budget environment, combining creative thinking with analytical execution to drive measurable growth. You will take full ownership of Facebook (Meta) campaigns, managing, optimizing, and scaling performance across international markets. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns Own budgets, bidding strategies, and daily campaign management Conduct ongoing A/B testing (creatives, audiences, placements, and strategies) Analyze campaign performance and identify trends to improve ROI and KPIs Monitor, report, and optimize campaigns based on data insights Research and implement new strategies, tools, and best practices Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve performance Initiate and execute structured testing frameworks and optimization processes

Requirements:

Requirements 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook) campaigns Proven experience in Gaming / Forex (CFD) / Casino verticals - mandatory Experience managing high-scale budgets (preferably $200K+ monthly) Strong experience working with performance KPIs and revenue-driven campaigns Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel Deep understanding of A/B testing, tracking, and performance analysis Excellent communication skills and team player mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented Advantages Experience working with Arabic and LATAM markets Experience across additional paid media channels (Google Ads, Native, etc.)
