About The Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead to lead hands-on development of our enterprise AI products, working across our technology stack to design, build, and scale applications that power our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications
Implement and optimize database schemas for traditional and vector databases
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
Ensure code quality through testing and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of Full-Stack development experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerization
Experience with k8s / OpenShift – big advantage!
Experience with SaaS – big advantage!
