Senior AI Engineer (Product & Solutions Focus)

One of our clients, a global technology-driven organization, is looking to hire a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help drive how artificial intelligence is adopted and applied across the business.

This is not a traditional R&D role.

Instead of working on a single product, you will work directly with business teams and build AI solutions that fundamentally change how they operate.

The company operates at a large international scale and focuses on leveraging advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance across multiple departments. Rather than building a single product, the organization emphasizes embedding technology directly into business functions to transform how teams work.

About the Role

In this role, you will embed within teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Customer Success to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve workflows, eliminate manual work, and unlock new capabilities.

You will take full ownership of solutions end to end from understanding the problem, defining the approach, building the solution, deploying it, and measuring real-world impact.

This is a highly hands-on role that combines software engineering, product thinking, and close collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across different functions
• Design and build AI-powered solutions such as internal tools, automations, agents, and workflows
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery to production and iteration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable business impact
• Measure success based on real outcomes such as time saved, efficiency gains, and improved processes
• Help teams build AI fluency and adopt new tools effectively

Requirements

• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in software engineering, backend, full stack, or AI-related roles
• Proven experience building and shipping production systems
• Experience working with stakeholders or users outside of engineering
• Strong ability to take ownership of projects end to end
• Product mindset with a focus on user needs and business impact
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience or strong interest in AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, RAG, and automation

Nice to Have

• Background in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow systems
• Familiarity with business systems such as CRM, BI, ERP, or marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and real-world AI implementations
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
