Product Manager

Roseberry is a fast-growing media-tech startup redefining short-form entertainment  for the mobile era. 

We combine cinematic storytelling with interactive, mobile-first technology — building  the platform powering the next generation of vertical series. 

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the  development of impactful product features, with a strong focus on user behavior,  engagement, and monetization. 

What you’ll do 

• Define and manage product requirements — write clear PRDs, user flows,  and wireframes to guide design and development  

• Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch, working in an Agile  environment  

• Define A/B testing strategies and leverage data insights to validate and  optimize features  

• Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and  growth  

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics,  monetization, and operations teams  

• Stay on top of industry trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies to  maintain a competitive edge  

What we’re looking for 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile / B2C / gaming  environments  

• Proven track record of delivering impactful product features  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including A/B testing and data driven decision-making  

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design,  analytics, monetization, operations)  

• Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and performance  optimization  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Big advantage 

• Experience with game economy and monetization models  

• Background in skill-based or casino gaming
